Reiki I or First Degree Training focuses on helping students learn about energy anatomy, how to manage this energy in our healing and wellness journey, and technques to use this energy to help understand and manage the energy around us. The class includes a manual, discussion, demonstratons, practice sessions and a certificate. Refresherments will be provided. Cost is $100. Class size is limited to 4.
