Soul Sisters Sound Baths
Deep Rest - Gentle Renewal - Nervous System Support

A Place to Rest, Reset, and Simply Be
Sound baths offer a deeply relaxing experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support emotional and energetic balance. There is nothing you need to do, achieve, or believe.
You simply rest — and allow sound and vibration to support your body’s natural ability to unwind.
What is a Sound Bath
A sound bath is a guided relaxation experience where participants rest comfortably while gentle sound and vibration from instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other harmonic tools fill the space.
These sounds are not music in the traditional sense. They are slow, resonant tones designed to encourage deep relaxation and meditative awareness.
Many people describe sound baths as:
-
Calming and grounding
-
Restorative and soothing
-
Supportive during times of stress or transition
Each experience is unique, and your body responds in the way that is most supportive for you.
What to Expect
