Reiki 1 Training Class

Did you know that our bodies consist of two interconnected anatomies? The first is the mechanical anatomy, which includes our skeleton, organs, and muscles, among other physical components. The second is our energetic anatomy, which is equally vital for keeping us alive and promoting happiness. Surprisingly, our energetic anatomy is the least understood and managed aspect of our being. 

In my Reiki I class, you will have the opportunity to delve into your energetic anatomy and gain a deeper understanding of its impact on your overall well-being. Moreover, you will learn valuable techniques to strengthen and protect your energetic self. Reiki I empowers you to tap into your innate potential for self-healing and learn practical tools to manage your energy and the energy that surrounds you. It's important to note that Reiki is not tied to any specific religious beliefs. Instead, it works with your individual belief system while encouraging respect for the Divine. 

Throughout the course, we will explore various aspects of energy anatomy, including ways to modify energy movement within our bodies for enhanced health.. Additionally, we will touch on the basics of using Reiki to support others, as well as manage the energy in our spaces to help create positive environments. During the day, you will receive a manual, have a session, participate in practice exercises, and earn a certificate upon completion. To ensure personalized attention, I keep the class size small, with a maximum of 4 students. The class runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and refreshments will be provided. Students may bring their lunch, or there are several fast food options nearby. The cost of the class is $100,
