Join us for a beautiful time in nature to heal and restore mind, body and soul at a combination Forest Bath and Sound Bath in a beautiful woodland setting. It will be followed by a Drum Circle around a fire for any participants who wish to stay. NOTE: THIS IS AT LITTLE FALLS, NOT MELROSE.

About the event
Soul Sisters Sound Baths will be performing their 3rd Forest Sound Bath on August 9 from 6:30 to 7:30. Bring your comfort items (ie outdoor lounge chair, blankets, pillow), and enjoy the restorative sounds, both from the forest and the instruments.
Following the Sound Bath, participants may stay and join us at a Drum Circle around the fire. Bring your own instruments or sit and enjoy the rhythms. No experience needed.
The location is accessible, level and about 20 ft from pavement. A mosquito repellent of your choice is suggested. Please let us know if you have any questions. It is an amazing experience!
