Join us for a beautiful time in nature to heal and restore mind, body and soul at a combination Forest Bath and Sound Bath in a beautiful woodland setting. It will be followed by a Drum Circle around a fire for any participants who wish to stay. NOTE: THIS IS AT LITTLE FALLS, NOT MELROSE.

About the event
Soul Sisters Sound Baths will be performing their 3rd Forest Sound Bath on August 9 from 6:30 to 7:30. Bring your comfort items (ie outdoor lounge chair, blankets, pillow), and enjoy the restorative sounds, both from the forest and the instruments. Â
Following the Sound Bath, participants may stay and join us at a Drum Circle around the fire. Â Bring your own instruments or sit and enjoy the rhythms. Â No experience needed. Â
The location is accessible, level and about 20 ft from pavement. A mosquito repellent of your choice is suggested. Â Please let us know if you have any questions. Â It is an amazing experience!Â
